We waited exactly 28 days to get back to you. Our dearly beloved, we have starved you of good content these past couple of weeks and truly we are sorry. Lets Jump right into it shall we? Last year saw great records churned out by artistes; collaborations connected overseas, dance moves that caught our attention and melodies that stuck with us until now. From start of the year with Early Momo, to a Sarz Cosign with Obongjayar & Lojay that birthed one of music best pieces; all the way to Tems’ Feature on Essence, Arya Starr dominating femme artistry to Fireboy and Ckay smashing charts abroad. Do not get us started on Star Boy and African Giant; on a different class of their own. However we can’t stress enough the sheer talent and persistency from young acts really solidifying their place in the industry like Buju, Ladipoe, Crayon, Blaqbonez, Bella Shmurda, Zinoleesky… (the list is endless)! With Buju having the best year of his career so far and Blaqbonez dropping a critically acclaimed Tape in ”Sex > Love”. The year just kept getting better Musically.

2022 holds so much opportunities for new innovations and strategies to move forward; But before we jump right into our plans for the new year; let us take a look at the acts we look forward to see make an impact this year.

MusicUntamed will be embarking on 3 important goals this year; with the help of our growing community, we hope to achieve • A Music Record that will feature great indie talents from across Nigeria; in a bid to produce a sonically charged record that will be enjoyed over time.

• An Untamed Show that showcases the finest talents across Nigeria, perform on a stage, one on one with a camera to capture true emotions and vibe of the record, interviews and a lot more.
